Dailey & Vincent at Edmonton Folk Festival

Edmonton bluegrass fans are in for a big treat. Dailey & Vincent will be at the Edmonton Folk Festival this year. Dailey & Vincent (USA) became the most heralded new act in bluegrass as the group took home seven awards at the 2008 International Bluegrass Music Awards including Entertainer of the Year and Album of the Year. Jamie Dailey perfected his craft with Doyle Lawson and Darrin Vincent, brother of Rhonda, was a member of Ricky Skaggs and Kentucky Thunder for 10 years. Jesse Stockman (fiddle) Joe Dean Jr (banjo), Jeff Parker (mandolin) and Christian Davis (bass) also join Jamie and Darrin.
